Nex Pest Control built its Islandia reputation on showing up when we say we will, quoting one flat price, and standing behind the work with a written guarantee.
Ask any Islandia technician on our team how long they've worked structural pest control and you'll get a real number, not a script — experience is the whole reason our diagnosis is faster than a guess-and-spray visit.
Every technician we send out is licensed under state pest control regulations and covered by our company's insurance, so you're never gambling on who's walking through your door.
Nex Pest Control runs on one rule: quote it straight, treat the actual cause, and back it in writing. That's not a slogan — it's the reason Islandia repeat customers call us back for the next issue instead of shopping around.
None of this replaces an actual on-site inspection, but knowing Islandia's pest patterns ahead of time means fewer wasted visits and faster answers for you.
Most Islandia service calls start with one small clue, not a full-blown infestation — catching it early is what keeps the job small.
One of these alone might be nothing. Two or three together, in the same week, usually means it's time to call rather than wait it out. A quick phone call and a same-day inspection usually costs less time and money than months of chasing symptoms with store-bought products.
Six service lines, one Islandia crew — here's what we're dispatched for most.
When the situation can't wait — an active hive, a sudden swarm, a rodent loose near food prep — Nex Pest Control's after-hours crew treats it with the same license and insurance as any scheduled visit, just faster. Weekend and holiday calls get routed the same way as a Tuesday afternoon call — there's no separate, slower queue for off-hours.
Standard residential service covers the everyday Islandia invaders — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish — with an initial treatment and a recurring schedule that keeps pressure from building back up between visits. Interior baseboards and cabinet voids get the same attention as the exterior perimeter, since that's usually where activity is first noticed.
Commercial Pest Control accounts get discreet placements and a paper trail — every visit logged, every finding reported, so you're never caught off guard by an inspector's question. Multi-location Islandia accounts get one consistent point of contact instead of juggling separate vendors per site.
A written wood-destroying organism report comes standard with every Islandia termite inspection, whether it's for an active concern or a real estate closing. Bait stations installed on the property get checked on a monitoring schedule, so new activity is caught early instead of at next year's visit.
Trapping without sealing the entry point just means a new rodent moves in within weeks — every Islandia rodent job includes finding and closing the actual gap, not just setting traps. Exclusion materials include hardware cloth, steel wool, and sealant rated for permanent structural gaps, not a temporary patch.
Monthly barrier treatment through Islandia's peak season targets both standing-water breeding sources and the shaded resting spots where adult mosquitoes actually hide during the day. A separate granular tick treatment along the yard perimeter can be bundled in for properties near wooded lots.
Call +1-844-564-2570 and tell us what you're seeing — most Islandia calls get a same-day window. A dispatcher can usually give you an arrival window within minutes of the call.
A technician walks the property, identifies what's actually there, and shows you the entry point. Inspection covers both interior hot spots and the exterior perimeter, not just the room where you noticed activity.
You'll see one flat number before any product goes down — no per-visit surprises later. Nothing gets billed that you haven't already agreed to in writing.
Treatment happens the same visit where possible, with a follow-up scheduled automatically if the case calls for one. Follow-up visits are already on the calendar before the technician leaves, not something you have to call back to arrange.
Every Islandia quote is written down and agreed to before any treatment begins, period. Ask any Islandia customer and they'll tell you the invoice matched the quote, no exceptions.
Local dispatch means less drive time and more slots available for Islandia same-day calls. Dispatch can usually give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day wait.
Every Islandia technician carries state licensing and our company's liability coverage — ask to see it at the door. Licensing status is current and checked, not just a claim on a website.
If the treated pest is still active after the guarantee window, we come back and re-treat at no charge. We'd rather absorb the cost of a re-treat than lose a Islandia customer's trust over a technicality.
True around-the-clock coverage means an urgent call at 2am gets the same response as one at 2pm. Emergency pricing is quoted just as clearly as a daytime visit — urgency never means a hidden markup.
Our technicians have inspected enough Islandia attics and crawl spaces to know what's typical for your street before they even arrive. It's the difference between a generic national script and a plan built around what actually happens in Islandia.
Our guarantee is simple: pay for a result, not just a visit. If activity continues at your Islandia property after treatment, follow-up service is included, not billed separately.
The terms are spoken plainly at time of service, so there's never a surprise when you call back about recurring activity. We'd rather absorb the cost of an extra visit than lose a Islandia customer's trust over a technicality in the fine print.
Called about roaches at 8pm on a Friday and honestly expected a voicemail. Got a real person and a technician the next morning.
Termite inspection found damage under the porch we had no idea about, and the report was thorough enough for our insurance claim.
The technician found our actual entry point instead of just leaving traps and hoping for the best.
Our restaurant needed a documented program before our next health inspection and they had it set up within the week.
Wasp nest by our garage door got removed same-day, right as the kids were about to go play outside.
They found a clogged gutter section holding water that we never would have thought to check ourselves.
Ant trail kept coming back every summer no matter what we sprayed ourselves — turned out to be a single foundation crack the technician sealed in one visit.
Our property management company needed a standing service across six units and Nex Pest Control set up one consistent schedule with a single point of contact.
Nex Pest Control dispatches technicians to every Islandia neighborhood and the surrounding communities that share the same pest pressure. Coverage includes single-family homes, rentals, and commercial properties across the full service area. Older neighborhoods with mature trees and newer developments on former farmland both fall under the same Islandia coverage zone, even though the pest pressure differs between them.
We keep daily slots open for Islandia emergencies, so most callers are seen within 24 hours.
Pricing is never an hourly guess; it's a flat quote tied to the inspection findings.
If it can't wait until morning, call the same number — the emergency line is answered around the clock.
